Colton Franks

Project Manager

Colton Franks joined Royal Construction, Inc. in September of 2017 part time while he completed his senior year of college. He was hired full time after graduation as an assistant superintendent in May of 2018. In May of 2022, he was promoted to Project Manager. Colton brings with him over 3 years of experience as a project superintendent and 2 years of experience in project management.

Colton graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, where he earned a BS in Construction. During his at UW Stout, Colton completed a 6-month internship in Las Vegas, where he worked as an Assistant Project Manager.

Colton is a strategic problem solver with critical thinking skills. He likes to find multiple solutions to resolve any problems that come his way. He is also an energetic personality, who gets along with anybody he meets—making him a great collaborator.

Colton lives south of Osseo with his wife, daughter, and their 2 dogs. His biggest passion is bow hunt, but he also enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and fishing. His favorite sports team is the Packers and he loves going to Lambeau Field to watch them play.
